ServiceNow Architect – CSDM Salary – up to £100k DOE Location – UK Remote

Robert Walters have partnered with a leading consultancy in their search for a ServiceNow Architect. In this role you with a pivotal role in shaping the future of the project by designing and maintain a CSDM-compliant data strategy. You'll support the client through the go live and business adoption stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Be apart of the delivery of a legacy system upgrade and supporting clients through the go live stage and business adoption. Develop and implement a Common Service Data Model (CSDM)-compliant data strategy. Define and execute technology changes for sustainable and accurate ServiceNow data. Lead governance activities to ensure high-quality and timely outputs. Represent Data Services to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.

Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in a regulated industry. Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB and CSM Proficient with ServiceNow in both Public and Private cloud environments. Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences. Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within Financial Services or Insurance industry would be highly beneficial.
