Job Description A hospital is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst and Developer to build a sophisticated, organization-wide financial and business automation application. This individual will be responsible for expanding an internal IT budgeting systemoriginally developed by the current IT Directorinto an enterprise-grade ServiceNow platform accessible to multiple departments. This system will provide full visibility from requisitions to contracts to payment processing, and streamline financial data across existing platforms such as Axiom, Infor, Jaggaer, and more. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement a robust ServiceNow-based application to manage and automate organizational financial workflows Interface and integrate financial data from external platforms including Infor (ERP), Jaggaer (contract management), Axiom (budget and capital planning), OTM (project management) Automate requisition tracking, contract management, and payment flows Develop user access fields and profiles tailored to financial analysts across departments Ensure seamless integration between disconnected systems (e.g., linking Infor to Jaggaer) Create scalable architecture to support expanding organizational needs across departments Build tools to help forecast long-term (5-year) budget and payment planning across the health system Enable visibility and data connectivity for over 100+ pending requisitions by automating PO tracking and flagging budget alignment Support the interface for executive board reporting and contract requisition transparency We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on development and analysis experience with ServiceNow Proven ability to automate and integrate financial and business systems Experience with financial applications (Axiom, Infor, Jaggaer, OTM); familiarity with EC Pro optional Ability to build dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and workflow systems with complex data relationships Understanding of enterprise financial processes, including budget planning, vendor contracts, payment schedules, and amortization models Strong experience with business intelligence and application architecture in a finance-driven environment Familiarity with developing for and connecting to ERP systems (any platform acceptable) Experience creating user access structures and security roles for financial analysts null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
