ServiceChannel Platform Admin
**Position Overview:** **The ServiceChannel System Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceChannel platform to meet customer needs. This role involves modifying user access, facilitating communication regarding system performance, and implementing customer-requested updates across various modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to enhancing platform functionality.** **Key Responsibilities:** **User Access Management:** Modify and amend user access as requested by customers. Ensure timely and accurate updates to user permissions and roles. **Communication and Issue Management:** Manage communication of ServiceChannel system performance issues between customers and ServiceChannel stakeholders. Act as a liaison to ensure clear and effective dialogue regarding system status and improvements. **Feature Request Evaluation:** Review customer-suggested improvements and feature requests. Collaborate with ServiceChannel stakeholders to assess feasibility and provide updates to customers. **Module Administration:** Execute requests from customers for the following modules: Locations and Provider Assignments Asset Module Refrigerant Tracking Site Planning Inventory Supply Manager Admin **Process Optimization:** Facilitate user changes related to business hours. Manage multi-level invoice and proposal processes. Implement auto invoice approval processes to streamline operations. **Dashboard and Configuration Management:** Configure dashboard settings to meet customer needs. Manage issues list configuration to ensure accurate tracking and resolution. **Qualifications:** Experience with ServiceChannel platform administration or similar systems.
