**Position Description:**
Performs duties in the areas of warehousing, moving, delivery and general maintenance.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Perform plumbing duties as directed by the supervisor.
+ Provide supervision over maintenance staff during athletic events.
+ Perform custodial duties at all athletic facilities.
+ Prepare competition fields, stadiums, and athletic facilities for Big 12 and NCAA events.
+ Communicate with athletic coaching staff and support staff for all sports.
+ Perform painting preparation and painting duties.
+ Provide manual labor for various jobs in the Athletics Department, including but not limited to: 1) Repairs and maintenance; 2) Grounds maintenance; 3) Moving equipment.
+ Provide facility supervision for special events and practices at all athletic facilities.
+ Performs other duties as required.
+ Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.

+ Experience in athletic facilities.
+ Knowledge of commonplace custodial practices.
+ Mechanical knowledge.
+ Experience with painting and surface preparation.
+ Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Ability to work in challenging conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme heat.
+ Valid Driver's License.
