What You’ll Be Doing + Service and troubleshoot commercial alarm, access control, IP video, and intrusion systems. + Program and test enterprise-level security systems both onsite and via remote access. + Work directly with customers to provide instruction, support, and high-quality service. + Maintain and manage service schedules, documentation, and inventory. + Occasionally assist with installations and upgrades. + Read blueprints and work with customer networks to resolve issues efficiently. Must-Have Skills & Experience + ✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing and programming commercial access control, IP video, and intrusion systems. + ✅ Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with networked systems. + ✅ Experience working on customer networks and remote diagnostics. + ✅ Proficiency with: + Access Control: Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath + Video Systems: Axis, Exacq, Milestone + + ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves + Installation and cabling experience. + Familiarity with fire alarm systems and IoT security solutions. + Certifications or proficiency in: + Access Control: Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath + + Video: Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha + Intrusion: Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP + Locking Hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite Security 101 will invest in training and certifications for the right candidate.
