Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Repair, maintenance and calibration of Liquid Handling services(in-house), and management of these tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reports and quotationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefingsDevelop and maintain communication networks with dealers and end users.Follow all company's filed procedures and protocolsOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

　 (Minimum)

Over 3 years’ experience as Service technician (Inhouse service or Field service) PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skillsPositive mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to changeLogical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner, team spirit, and can work under high pressureStrong aspirations for self-growth in a global companyAble to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when requiredAbility to write simple emails in English

Outstanding negotiation skills  Working experience and knowledge for Quality management system （e.g. ISO9001, ISO17025 etc.）Management and leadership experienceGood command of spoken and written English (ex.
