The service technician will have the following responsibilities:
The primary resource who performs routine equipment monitoring and serviceCompleting routine lab testing at the customer siteIdentifies any safety issues with our applications and institutes repairs/improvements for safetySpecs out, sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots any new feed equipmentInterfaces with the customer to understand any issues relating to our programsDocuments routine inventory counts at the customer siteAdjusts chemical systems to meet designed chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoringAlerts the site manager of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issuesInventories and orders spare partsMaintains the preventative maintenance program of Solenis equipmentQualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDPosition requires flexibility in schedule including after hours calls from the customer that require after hours service visits. Position is primarily M-F day shift, but also includes weekend OT hours that is rotated between the team members.Minimum 5 years of experience working on mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. Chemical handling experience desired, but not required.Must live within 45 minutes of customerPerks!

The expected compensation range for this position is between $51,800.00 and $86,300.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
