About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with at least 3 years of experience running service calls independently in heating, cooling, and/or plumbing. Key Responsibilities + Diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. + Offer technically sound repair and replacement options when appropriate, ensuring the customer has the knowledge to make an informed decision—without pressure. + Perform routine maintenance and system checks to maximize efficiency and prevent future issues. + Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers, always prioritizing education and options over sales. + Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, and work completed. + Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. + Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and best practices. + Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times. What We're Looking For + 3+ years of hands-on service experience running HVAC or plumbing calls independently. + Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner. + A service-first mindset – customers trust us to be their expert, and to be informed of their options, not a quota driven salesperson. + Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus. + A team player with high integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what's right for the customer. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
