Summary Performs warranty work on sold homes per the service work order by performing the following duties. This position is Full Time and will require Minimal Travel and home most nights. \n

 \n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n

 \n\nInstalls new parts or repairs problem as per work order.\nMaintains log book as per Department of Transportation.\nMaintain company vehicle, which includes keeping vehicle clean, stocked and serviced \nPick up parts from factory as needed.\nVerify parts with orders.\nMaintain own work schedule by making appointments with customers with Orders provided by internal Customer Service Rep.\nComplete work orders along with being responsible for returning the work orders to the factory by mail or personal delivery.\n\n

Qualifications \n\nAbility to troubleshoot, reason and solve problems\nAbility to work with tools, interpret instructions\nExcellent communication, both written and verbal\nComputer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)\nUnderstand and comply with work safety and policies and procedures\nMust provide valid driver's license and clean driving record\nMust Pass a Background Check\nMust Pass a Pre-Employment 7 Panel Drug Screen\nCredit Check Required for Company spending card. \n\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
