Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesKey Purpose of the Role: Deputy to Senior Service Engineer/Team leader/ Technical Specialist/ManagerStrategic Outcome: High level Technical Support for the team / technical problem solver
Key Responsibilities:1. Technical SupportResponsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etcPM / Cal for all level equipmentInstallation of equipmentAttend to break-fix and customer technical issueAttend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfactionInteract with customers’ technical teamsDevelop customer's staff by providing technical training.Self-Improvement initiatives : commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.What You Need to SucceedKey Behavioural Competencies Required:1) Competencies Sound Technical Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication Customer Focused and Market Driven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Innovation/Continuons Improvement Teamworking Results Focus/Oriented Self/Project Management Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience RequiredMandatory:Degree/Diploma in Engineering/chemistry or related field At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment Self-starter with a proactive approachPossess own transport and willing to travel Preferred:Firsthand understanding of technical equipment Knowledge of weighing or analytical instrument
