We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-production and multifunction printing equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance and delivers an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment. + Diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions. + Replace damaged parts and ensure proper functioning of equipment. + Provide customer training and guidance on equipment use. + Maintain accurate documentation, including service logs and daily reports. + Safeguard company assets such as parts, tools, and equipment. Requirements + Technical Degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (minimum). + Technical English proficiency. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience in a similar role servicing high-production printing equipment. + Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, networking, and computing. Key Skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Disciplined and detail-oriented. + Excellent customer service skills. + Strong sense of urgency and accountability. Sobre el puesto Buscamos un Ingeniero de Servicio con experiencia para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de impresión de alta producción y multifuncionales. Este rol garantiza un desempeño óptimo de los equipos y una excelente experiencia para el cliente. Responsabilidades principales + Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en los equipos instalados. + Diagnosticar fallas técnicas, analizar causas raíz e implementar soluciones efectivas. + Sustituir partes dañadas y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo. + Capacitar y asesorar a los clientes en el buen uso de los equipos. + Mantener documentación precisa, incluyendo bitácoras y reportes diarios. + Salvaguardar los activos de la compañía (refacciones, herramientas, etc.). Requisitos + Carrera técnica concluida o Ingeniería (mínimo). + Inglés técnico. + Dominio de la paquetería de Microsoft Office. + Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar, brindando servicio a equipos de impresión de alta producción. + Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica, mecánica, redes y computación. Habilidades clave + Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas. + Disciplina y orientación al detalle. + Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. + Sentido de urgencia y responsabilidad.
