Job Description
We’re looking for a Service Technician who’s passionate about technology, customer success, and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll be the frontline expert supporting the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our innovative hardware and software solutions—both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities Include
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at customer sites or remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and system configurations
- Partner with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements
- Train customers on system usage and best practices
- Document service activities, resolutions, and technical insights for internal knowledge sharing
- Provide responsive on-call support and ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Champion customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented support
- Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and service process improvements
Must Have
- Associate’s degree OR certification in electronics, electromechanical engineering, mechatronics
- 2+ years experience in technical support, field service, or installation
- 2+ years experiences with modern sensors, motion systems, control hardware/software, and robotic arms
- 2+ years customer interfacing experience (co-ops or internships valid)
- Experience with troubleshooting PLC programs, electromechanical systems.
- Experience using hand & power tools, diagnosing equipment, and working independently or on-site with clients
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
