ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at customer sites or remotely.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and system configurations.Partner with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.Train customers on system usage and best practices.Document service activities, resolutions, and technical insights for internal knowledge sharing.Provide responsive on-call support and ensure timely resolution of service requests.Champion customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented support.Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and service process improvements.Essential SkillsAssociate’s degree or certification in electronics, electromechanical engineering, or mechatronics.2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or installation.Experience with modern sensors, motion systems, control hardware/software, and robotic arms.Experience troubleshooting PLC programs and electromechanical systems.2+ years of customer interfacing experience (co-ops or internships valid).Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnosing equipment, and working independently or on-site.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of electromechanical troubleshooting, robotics, and robotic systems.Experience in commissioning and preventive maintenance.Work Environment
There are two rotating shifts on-site: 7 am to 3 pm and 2 pm to the evening. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
