Responsibilities

 

Position Overview

Marksman-Titan Security Group is seeking an experienced Security and CCTV System Service Technician to join our Titan Electronics division. This individual will play a key role in the installation, configuration, service, and support of enterprise-level security systems across the Miami area and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

Service and configure enterprise-level Access Control Systems, IP CCTV Systems, DVRs/NVRs, Burglar Alarms, Intercoms, and Telephone Entry Systems

Configure DDE Elevator Integrations and networked security systems

Diagnose, repair, and maintain system equipment and configurations

Travel to client locations throughout the Chicagoland area, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana (company vehicle provided)

Interface with client personnel, build strong relationships, and deliver training as needed

Troubleshoot using technical documentation and manufacturer support

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

Education: Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree preferred

Experience: Must have experience installing and programming Access Control Systems

Technical Knowledge: Familiar with computer networks, switches, IP addressing, routers, and modems

Language: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Physical Demands: Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders or power lifts; ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs routinely
