Service Technician **Dubuque Fire Equipment** 1 Positions ID: 70262 Posted On 06/10/2025 **Job Overview** Dubuque Fire Equipment is a provider of quality fire protection products and services and is currently seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our team. The Service Technician services and maintains Portable Fire Extinguishers, Emergency / Exit Lights, and Fire Suppression Systems for current and new customers. Selling services to new customers is also expected within the designated territory. Operation of a company vehicle and independent scheduling is required. We provide sales, service, installation, and maintenance of fire safety equipment. Our focus is on fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, kitchen exhaust hood and vent cleanings, and much more. Our kitchen exhaust cleaners begin at $15.00 an hour during their training period but have opportunities that allow them to up to $20.00 an hour. The position is part-time (approx. 28-32 hours weekly), but one can receive full-time hours depending on the demand of cleaning jobs. Our service technician/installer position starts at 42k per year and is full time with benefits. Benefits for full-time employment include 401K, health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacations
