Job Description

Join our team as a Service Technician, where you will play a key role in preparing and maintaining mobile office units for construction companies in the Bay Area. Leverage your experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure our units are in top condition for deployment.

ResponsibilitiesMeet with the team daily to receive task assignments.Perform hands-on work on mobile units and yard projects, gaining valuable experience.Clean, sweep, and wash units to remove dirt and debris.Replace tiles and epoxy flooring, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.Repair drywall holes, patch and paint as needed.Replace lightbulbs, locks, blinds, and door handles.Document completed work and identify any areas needing further attention.Essential SkillsExperience in construction trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.Proficient in the use of power tools such as drills and saws.Ability to read blueprints and perform repairs including framing and finish carpentry.Experience with drywall, painting, and general refurbishing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with home remodeling, refurbishing, or new construction.At least one year of construction or laborer experience.Familiarity with safety protocols.Ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Service Technicians work primarily in the yard on mobile units, with tasks both in teams and individually. This labor-intensive role involves hands-on refurbishing work. Technicians will not visit client sites, and extended breaks with ample water are provided during hot weather conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Martin, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
