Job Description

Danfoss Power Electronics A/S is looking for a skilled and service-minded maintenance technician for our day shift. You will become part of our competent and dedicated team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and performing systematic preventive maintenance on production equipment. You will also participate in projects related to equipment modifications or procurement of new machinery, working closely with our production engineers and project teams.

High stability and availability of equipment are essential to ensure production goals are met.

Danfoss Power Electronics A/S is a global company and one of Denmark’s largest electronics manufacturers, where quality, delivery, and service are key. We develop and produce frequency converters used in pumps, conveyors, cranes, and more, and are among the global leaders in the development, production, and sales of frequency converters for electric motors.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test production equipment

Document and update work tasks in our maintenance system (Maximo)

Request quotes and procure components and spare parts

Ensure all equipment is in a safe condition to guarantee optimal safety, quality, and operations – we prioritize a strong EHS mindset

Contribute to process optimization, test runs, and commissioning of new equipment, and help gather and share knowledge

Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipmen Completed vocational training as an industrial technician, electrician, automation technician, or similar technical education Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems (experience with Maximo is an advantage) Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Experience with reading technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams and mechanical drawing
