About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and ensuring the reliability of our industrial equipment and dosing systems at client locations. You’ll work closely with our customers to ensure optimal equipment performance, product application, and compliance with maintenance schedules—all while delivering top-tier service and building lasting relationships.
What You’ll DoExecute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and dosing systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct on-site training for client staff in proper equipment use.
Perform technical assessments and prepare visit reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success.
Ensure proper handling, documentation, and reporting of all equipment installations and removals.
What We’re Looking ForTechnical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Food Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in laundries, industrial kitchens, or dosing systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters), power tools, and basic plumbing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
