Our client, a leader in energy management solutions, is seeking a Service Technician 1 to join their team. As a Service Technician 1, you will be part of the Customer Services Department supporting Managed Services clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Technician 1
**Location:** Austin, TX
**Pay Range:** $25hrly
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting assistance over the phone for field technicians and customer dispatched technicians.
+ Deliver remote technical support for end-users at locations with installed Energy Management Systems.
+ Maintain a high level of customer service for Managed Services clients.
+ Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting of Energy Management Systems (EMS).
+ Ensure persistent connectivity to remote servers and respond to client inquiries effectively.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma and 3 years of technical customer service experience.
+ Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
+ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
