As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Regional Service Engineer to provide high-level field support and help elevate dealer performance nationwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a field-based, hands-on environment, working directly with dealers, end-users, and technical teams to resolve issues, deliver training, and drive product support quality across the Turkish market.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert field technical support on LiuGong equipment to dealers and end-usersLead diagnostics, commissioning, and issue resolution, especially for warranty casesCoordinate and deliver technical training to dealer service teamsMonitor and report product performance and technical issues to LiuGong Europe HQSupport continuous improvement initiatives by sharing field feedbackTravel extensively across Turkey (up to 70%) to support regional service needsCandidate Profile Experience & Knowledge
3–10 years of experience in construction or agricultural equipment support (e.g. JCB, Hidromek, CAT, CNH, SANY)Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical repairs, and electronicsExperience with Tier IV or battery-electric (BEV) systems is a strong advantageEducation
Vocational or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics EngineeringSkills & Personal Attributes
