Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals.Input and manage customer data in the CRM system.Manage sales of microscopy accessories through distributors.Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency. Support Field Service Engineers during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables.Qualifications:
