Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives by designing and implementing advanced technology solutions, including AI integration and digital workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
2. Develop and execute digital transformation strategies encompassing data governance framework implementation, system interoperability solutions, and analytics-driven process reengineering
3. Architect autonomous supply chain ecosystems through deployment of predictive analytics models, AI-powered decision engines, and real-time control tower monitoring systems
4. Drive organizational change management programs to facilitate technology adoption and process modernization across cross-functional teams
5. Establish performance measurement frameworks with dynamic KPIs to monitor transformation effectiveness and enable continuous improvement cycles
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
2. Minimum decade of progressive experience in supply chain optimization with 3+ years leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects
3. Demonstrated success in consulting engagements involving complex supply chain technology implementations and organizational change management
4. Proven expertise in implementing AI/ML solutions, IoT integration, and advanced analytics platforms within supply chain contexts
5. Comprehensive understanding of global supply chain dynamics with ability to align technological solutions to business objectives
6. Exceptional leadership competencies in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
