Activities

HSEQ Activities:

* Application of safety standards and procedures

* Inspection of station equipment and ensuring their proper functioning (flow meters, cameras, POS terminals, fire extinguishers, etc.)

* Monitoring of personnel (number, salaries, hygiene, rooms, etc.)

* Reporting any incidents occurring at the station

 

Station Activities:

* Managing the station

* Daily fuel stock checks according to procedure

* Monitoring lubricant and PEA stocks

* Receiving fuel according to HSEQ procedures

* Promoting TE products and services to customers (cards, Bonjour, AES, etc.)

* controlling the Daily sales journal via the OASIS program

* Managing petty cash

* Handling payments

* Motivating staff, promoting active listening and initiate conflict resolution

* Communicating any incidents involving employees between them or with the customers to the hierarchy

* Ensuring presence throughout the working hours

* Conducting a bi-monthly inventory for tobacco, cigars, alcohol, PEA, and lubricants

 

Boutique/Kiosk Activities:

* Quarterly inventory to check stocks

* Monitoring orders and purchases of goods

* Verifying invoice entries (quantities, descripttions, and amounts)

* Guarantee an Excellent Top Service

Candidate Profile

* BS in Business, Management, or equivalent

* Good command of Arabic, French, or English

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

 * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry

* Strong negotiation and communication skills
