Job Description
As a Service Specialist in Grundfos, you will apply technical and customer insights to identify, sell and provide customers with value-adding service and after-sales solutions.
You will also have functional responsibility for supervising junior colleagues and assisting leadership. Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Carry out risk assessment before on-site visits.
+ Key contributor to the increase of Recovery Cost of local team by positively influencing growth of Utilization and Billable Rate.
+ Small leads specialist i.e. works closely with service technicians who proposed service leads to offer solutions to customers through SOFFE (Service Offering).
+ Build repo with clients by meeting them / keeping in touch. Keeps track of these activities through CRM Facetime.
+ Listens to customers and identifies how Grundfos value proposition supports their business needs.
+ Keeps close tap on service customer satisfaction and provide feedback to service team for improvement
+ Promotes and manages Service Agreements.
+ Works closely with PU Aftermarket/Sales team:
+ for service job opportunities
+ on commercial aspects i.e. propose pricing and profit margin according to PU’s advice
+ with support on budgetary service hours for comprehensive service agreements, and project-based jobs quoted by PU
+ on outcome of large service leads handled by PU.
+ to attend joint meetings with end-users to offer service solutions (SOFFE).
+ by discussing developments in monthly SLA meetings.
+ Generates and manages Service Hours Opportunities pipeline; works to increase hit rate by regular meeting with customers.
+ Provides basic technical after-sales service ie inspection, energy check, etc.
+ Fulfill request for pre-sales/technical support from PU sales/customers.
+ Generates own service leads for service agreements / energy optimization, etc.
+ Works closely with vendors for pricing and technical solutions to customers.
+ Provides updates on developments in GPP Service BRM.
**Experience or understanding in the following:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ To have at 2-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
+ Experience working with business process within the service environment
+ Strong ability to influence others
+ Possess good understanding of relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for a service environment
+ Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environment
