The Position

Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organisation responsible for Technical Services in the Diagnostics Division, which ensures end user success. GCS supports the service organisations of the Roche affiliates and the Lifecycle-Teams. 

The Opportunity

You implement and maintain E2E service solution lifecycle management from service requirements to solution retirement

You oversee service solution implementation and management to meet client needs

You provide technical guidance and support for feasible and sustainable E2E solutions

You continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of the service offering for competitiveness and relevance to optimize the portfolio using various data sources 

You collaborate closely with business development to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge service portfolio

You conduct presentations and workshops to effectively communicate the value of service solutions

You coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and service delivery to ensure seamless execution of service solutions.

Who you are

You have a Master's degree in Service, Business, Marketing, or related field 

You have strong knowledge of the Services industry 

You have an understanding of the company's products and services 

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

You have strong solutioning, problem-solving and analytical skills 

You demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies to tangible outcomes 

You have the ability to manage internal and external relationships 

You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams
