Sales Specialist
Your role and responsibilitiesResponsible for the sales of ABB control system, service, and control + instrumentation (measurment instruments and analytic instruments) solutions in Hong Kong and Macau, , in line with the PAEN division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities, epsecially in energy industries, like power, water and wastewater, oil & gas, chemical & refinery.•\tSells control system, instrument, and service to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.•\tEstablishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.•\tEnsures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.•\tPrepares sales plans using ABB authorized tools.•\t•\tCreates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.•\tCommunicates to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsures efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\t•\tManages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.•\tPrepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing/Sales Manager.•\tEnsures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
