Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales targets for service-related products within your assigned territory (Motors & Generators and Variable Speed Drives). Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Services Business Division in Singapore.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tBeing responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for service-related products within your assigned territory (Motors & Generators and Variable Speed Drives).•\tDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with our overall service strategy.•\tBuilding and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.•\tIdentifying and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.•\tProcessing, coordinating, and following up on job orders with the operations team, ensuring on-time delivery as per customer schedules.•\tCollaborating with the service sales team to achieve collective sales targets.•\tIdentifying and implementing ways to improve sales processes and workflows, maximizing team efficiency and productivity.•\tAssisting in gathering and analyzing market intelligence related to service offerings.•\tSharing insights and reporting with the sales team to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications for the role

\tDegree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent\tSales driven with preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Engineering/Service sales but applicants without prior work experience are welcome to apply\tTeam player & ability to coordinate with various team function\tExperience on Motor/Variable Speed Drive servicing will be an added advantage\tPossess Good communication and interpersonal skills
