Job Responsibilities : 1. Act as first escalation point for service related faults
2. Monitor and manage network services proactively
3. Coordinate with field teams to resolve faults quickly
4. Maintain service reports and response metrics as per KPIs
5. Document case history and key performance trends
6. Minimize service downtime using workarounds if needed
7. Perform preventive checks on RF and core network nodes
B.E. / B.Tech
Experience Requirement :8 to 10 Years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge of LTE and 5G access and core network elements
2. Understanding of WiFi call flows, Air Interface and Radio technology
3. Worked on IP networks MPLS and WLAN with Access Point WLC
4. Ability to perform under time constraints
5. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic group
