Title: Service Province and Major Works director

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end customer experience, leading   teams to deliver daily customer supportP&L ownership for area, overseeing teams to ensure delivery on financial targets and   accurate forecasting of resources requiredProvide leadership and strategic direction for large installs and oversee Project Managers from conception to successful executionProvide leadership to sales and field operational   teams in partnership with functional leaders to   enhance productivity and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement in collaboration with   Delivery Operations to support shift/ centralization of admin activities and focus on customerServe as talent champions including hiring,   developing, and retaining  talentManage and resolve customer issues and escalate   as necessary
