We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. **What you’ll do:** The primary function of this position is to partner with CPS PMO leader, support the solution and service projects for PQ business to enable business growth strategies; Ensure successful execution of the field projects per contract requirement and business commitment; Drive project management process and tools throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact based decisions and evaluations can be made; Drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction on projects A. Support PMO responsible for PQ field project execution. B. Work with sub-contractors and customers to timely solve issues and achieve customer satisfaction. C. Develop effective relationship with customers to drive growth and build value for Eaton. D. Manages risks and requirements of the project through effective planning and controlling, measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved. E. Manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions and contractual flow-down through the organization. Ensure effective change management process is utilized and drive change orders if changes driven by customers. F. Apply the field project management tools to track project performance status, identify issues and develop solutions and communicate with teams to ensure that the direction of the organization is clearly understood. **Qualifications:** • College degree or above, Engineering or Business degree preferred • 1-2 years experiences in Project Management, or Engineering and/or Product Development Management • Developing to fully demonstrating in Project Management methodologies, processes and tools • Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer • First-class Constructor priority • Result-orientation and process streamlining • Lessons learning and continual improvements sense • Negotiation capabilities for Project(s) benefits • Working energetically • Pressure endurable At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
