Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare all the elements to commercialize new technical solutions, software and products.Drive and follow EMEA Commercialization service KI´s & KPI´s CS product management from development, operation, obsolescence to sunsetting, supporting sustaining engineering.Service bulletin creation and distribution, internally and external. Manage internal and external information flowNew, internal / external Software for CS, specify, evaluate, test, purchase and support implementation.Participate in business case development.Management of the Added Value Service continual improvement of his scopeYour Qualification:
At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar role (Product management, Service Management, Consultance, ….)Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification Demonstrable track record in managing sizeable indirect workforce cross countries. Health and Safety awareness Digital & Analytics products and services Maintenance proceduresProject Management approach Costing and pricing methodologies Leadership and Team Skills Good communication skills – must be able to influenceHigh stress tolerance Results orientation Analytical ability in problem solving Creativity Ability to AnalyzeCustomer Focus Situation Sensitivity Team Player, who is supportive and collaborative
