Service Parts Associate
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Location: North Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
We’re seeking a detailed oriented Service Parts Associate to assist customers and technicians in locating and securing engine parts and supplies. In this Level II position, you’ll work collaboratively with parts personnel and warehouse teams, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customer needs are met with a high level of service.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers; receive parts calls and process orders under moderate supervision
Handle cash, check, and credit-card transactions accurately
Use catalogs, computer systems, and collaboration with technicians to identify and procure parts cost and time efficiently
Maintain clean and organized parts counter and warehouse areas
Support sourcing of complex parts requests or finding suitable alternatives
Upsell complementary products and services when appropriate
Perform warehouse tasks (stock levels, shipping/receiving, inventory management) as time permits
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including proper use of PPE
Escalate customer issues to senior staff or supervisor when necessary
Carry out additional duties related to core processing, inventory control, or parts-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & CompetenciesExperience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
Some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education, training, or on?the?job experience
Prior experience in engine parts, distribution, or similar environments preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order-processing systems
Strong computer literacy and ability to generate reports
