As a Service Operations Specialist you will be collaborating with customers (doctors, radiographers, medical tech staff, etc.) and field service engineers to address equipment status, maintenance and repair needs. You will be coordinating and resolving internal customer issues related to parts, tools, logistics and providing first class customer service including accurate billing and cost management

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 months experience in Workforce management, Facilities management or purchasingExperience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment prioritizing customer satisfactionStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsBilling, contracts administration, engineer service scheduling and logistics experience preferredStrong IT skills, including Excel and data managementStrong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding solutionsConfidence and a willingness to learn and growExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
