We are looking for Service Operations IP Analyst for our wider IP Operations team in Belgrade.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Proficient level of English language
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also had . . .
Up to 1 year of experience in relevant IP field
Paralegal qualification, training, certificates or equivalent are considered a plus
Customer care or support experience, direct communication with customers/clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments with precision and under pressure
What will you be doing in this role?
Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support administrative tasks related to trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures.
Support the management of the client's intellectual property portfolio by ensuring timely filing, maintenance, and renewal of trademark.

Hours of work
This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
