As part of our Service Operations Trainee Programme, you’ll rotate through key departments—Business Operations, Service Centre & Planning, and Logistics—to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in healthcare service delivery.

Coordinate service and maintenance of high-end medical equipment with healthcare professionals and field engineers
Manage parts, tools, and logistics to support engineers in the field
Ensure smooth execution of service contracts, billing, and customer support
Handle escalations, troubleshoot courier issues, and support internal teams
Work across multiple systems and ERPs to deliver operational excellence
Qualifications and RequirementsStrong IT skills; Excel and data handling experience is a plus
Clear and confident communication in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success
Desired SkillsCollege or university education is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a drive to make a difference
