We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine to growth and innovation, and continue to lead because we have an exceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre of everything. **Key Responsibilities:** You’ll be responsible for: **Project Management:** + Oversee modernization projects from initial inspection to completion. + Generate project scopes of work, develop project plans, and timelines. + Review and submit all project engineering documents (method statements, risk assessments, material submittals, etc.). + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. **Technical Leadership:** + Provide technical expertise in HVAC modernization projects. + Implement best practices for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. + Maintain current knowledge of HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices. **Team Coordination:** + Collaborate with internal departments, team engineers, and field technical staff. + Report project status, risks, and issues to the Modernization Operations Lead. **Process Improvement:** + Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. + Implement continuous improvement initiatives. **Risk Management:** + Assess and mitigate risks associated with modernization projects. + Develop contingency plans to address potential issues. **Quality Assurance:** + Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control. + Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulations. + Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain project quality. **Requirements** We are looking for people who has a minimum you must have: + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. + 3 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. + Experience in leading cross-functional teams. + Strong understanding of HVAC systems. + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies + Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Lead) may be advantageous.
