We are looking for an experience and skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• ServiceNow development tasks, programming skills (Scripting).
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
• Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Adhere to development best practices, including version control, documentation, and coding standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code review.
Essential Qualifications (mandatory)
• +4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow system architecture, integrations and interfaces.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integrations.
• Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Skills: ITIL, JavaScript, RESTful (Rest-APIs), ServiceNow, SOAP, ServiceNow Cert App Developer
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, etc) would be a strong asset
