At ABB, we’re expanding our service capabilities around the 800xA system to support a key client in the pharma sector. This isn’t about selling a solution—it’s about ensuring it performs, evolves, and delivers value over time. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we support the system in daily operations, from designing the service setup to working closely with the client’s technical teams.
Your role and responsibilitiesYour initial focus will be to engage with and build relationships across the client’s organization. Your goal will be to identify service needs and help key stakeholders understand the system’s complexity – and the value of having ABB as their service partner. Naturally, we’ll ensure you are brought fully up to speed on both the 800xA system and the client’s organization.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Proactively engaging with technical and operational stakeholders throughout the client’s organizationIdentifying and specifying potential client needsHelping key stakeholders (internally/externally) understand the complexity of the systemDesigning and implementing a new service setup – with the Head of Sales and Head of OperationsLeading and motivating your current Pharma service colleagues – with more colleagues to come as your efforts deliver results, this role could develop into team managementYou can choose to be based at our offices in Kalundborg, Ballerup, or Middelfart, but please note that you’ll need to be on-site in Kalundborg several days a week. You will be part of a highly successful business with a strong brand, a clear strategy, and an exciting project pipeline for the coming years.
