Royal Mail is hiring a Service Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of IT services. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead incident resolution, and drive service improvements across internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:Manage IT service delivery and stakeholder relationshipsLead High Priority Incident resolution and root cause analysisSupport major incident and out-of-hours managementAnalyse performance data and implement service improvementsEnsure smooth service transitions and SLA complianceWhat You’ll Bring:Strong IT service management experience (ITIL preferred)Excellent communication, analysis, and supplier management skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
