Service Manager

About Us: Our Client is a global leader in automation and robotics, with over 100 years of experience. They design and build advanced automation systems for various industries, including mining, meat processing, and materials handling. Their operations span across ANZ, China, Europe, and America.

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our Perth site in Malaga. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our service team, maintaining client relationships, and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow a team of 12 Service Technicians.

Manage and enhance client relationships with major clients like Rio Tinto and BHP to name a few.

Oversee engineering functions including controls, electrical, mechanical, and trades.

Drive business development.

Ensure high service levels and manage service level agreements.

About You:

Degree-qualified engineer with a strong background in engineering and automation.

Proven experience in a Service Manager role.

Technical expertise in mining equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Sales experience and ability to manage service level agreements.

Commercial and financial acumen is a plus.
