Service Manager: Industrial Water Treatment

Evoqua, a Xylem brand, seeking a** **Service Manager** **to lead our field service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical support across our water treatment systems.** **Service Manager: Water Treatment experience** **you will oversee daily operations of a Regional Field Service Team that will include up to 11 Aqua Pros as your direct reports. You should be comfortable interacting directly with customers daily, working with your internal business partners, and supporting day to day operations across a regional service territory.** ******The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing budgets, driving optimization, be innovative, and must ensure that safety remains as a core value for every member of the team.** **We offer a full benefits package to include Flexible Time Off (FTO) , health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and additional miscellaneous benefits.** **Personally Assigned Vehicle is included with this role** **Core Responsibilities and Tasks** **Operational Leadership: Lead and manage** **site** **operations, ensuring safety, quality, and quantity goals are met while adhering to customer environmental regulations. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and efficiency while implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.** **Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of AQUA Pros with a range of experience levels. Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance work environment that values diversity, teamwork, and innovative thinking where safe sustained production is paramount. Effectively communicate expectations and verify compliance to drive accountability.** **Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for** **site** **operations to a margin goal. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures. Ensure efficient use of resources to safely minimize operational and overtime costs.** **Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company/ customer policies. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Work with branch safety professional to conduct regular safety audits with a focus on safety improvements and address any action items promptly.** **Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report daily on plant performance both internally and externally with and without upper management. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to senior management and engineering based on findings** **Education:** **Associates degree strongly preferred** **Technical degree, equivalent military experience or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree** **KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:** **Experience in water treatment greatly preferred.** **Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with industrial equipment, and safety regulations. Proficiency in process optimization, simple data analysis, and basic water chemistry.** **Proficient with computers, business software such as Microsoft office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions** **Communicate verbal and written** **Lead and motivate teams** **Demonstrates critical thinking and complex trouble shooting in or to guide and advise team members and customers** **DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:** **Able to operate a company vehicle** **Valid Driver’s License** **Personally Assigned Vehicle is included with this role** **DAY IN THE LIFE:** **Typical work hours are between 7a.m.- 4p.m and are based on daily workload** **Personally Assigned Vehicle is included with the Service Manager role.** **Daily activities include customer interfacing, supporting direct reports in the field, collaborating with internal business partners, and supporting daily administrative responsibilities** **Leading a Daily Safety Call with Team** **Standard weekly job hours are between 45-50 per week** **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** **25% within North Central Region** **Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position** **The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300.00** **to $130,100.00** **plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.** **\#LI-JRT05** Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
