As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as an HR-IT Service Manager (m/f/d). You will shape the digital future of our HR processes and take on a key role in ensuring a stable, user-oriented IT operation in the HR sector and actively drive the development of a clearly structured service concept.

Your tasks: Operational security: You are responsible for the smooth operation of the HR-IT systems with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and JIRA from Atlassian. You ensure that technical disruptions are quickly and sustainably resolved and that the systems are stable, performant, and user-friendly. Service concept & process design: You develop a holistic service concept for the HR-IT landscape, define clear roles, responsibilities, and service levels, and ensure continuous development of the service processes. Coordination & communication: You act as the central interface between HR, IT, and external service providers. You coordinate service requests, ensure transparent communication, and promote regular exchange within the HR-IT area. Additionally, you work closely with central units and partners within the Bertelsmann Group to leverage synergies and consider group-wide standards. Quality assurance & reporting: You monitor service quality based on defined KPIs, derive optimization potentials, and ensure structured documentation. Project support: You accompany HR-IT projects from an operational perspective, bring requirements from day-to-day business, and support the introduction of new systems and services. Your profile: Completed studies in (business) informatics, HR-IT, or a comparable qualification Experience in IT service or application management, ideally in the HR environment Understanding of operational processes in the HR sector and IT-supported processes Experience with JIRA and Confluence from Atlassian and SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, is desirable Structured, solution-oriented working style with high self-responsibility Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders German and English language skills Knowledge of IT service management standards (e.g., ITIL) is advantageous
