Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Service Line Manager for the Operating Room at the New Brunswick campus.
The Service Line Manager SLM will lead in clinical decisions, supporting General service lines for the Adult Operating Room & Pediatric Operating Room.
The Service Line Manager (SLM) will primarily manage the front desk for the Operating Room. This leader position is crucial for the daily operations of the main operating room and serves as traffic control and liaison between the OR and surgeons, anesthesiologists and patients.
Qualifications
Required:
BSN or Nursing DiplomaMinimum of 2 years CNOR experience required preferably with progressive leadership skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsDaVinci experienceProficient computer skillsPreferred:
BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hireCNORMSNCertifications and Licenses Required:
