Priority Toyota in Chesapeake, Virginia, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is looking for a friendly, professional Service Lane Greeter to be the first smiling face our customers see! If you’re outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers as they arrive for service and guide them through the check-in process

Safely move, park, and direct customer vehicles in designated areas to ensure an organized and efficient service flow

Assist with answering basic service questions and directing customers to the right team members

Help maintain a clean, organized service area

Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, approachable demeanor

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

A team player who thrives in a customer service role

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
