Central to the role is the ability to engage teams and people at all levels and deliver excellence to our customers and will be located in Sao Paulo for onsite. In this role, a typical day will look like: + Run and be accountable for the Service P&L and technical stock + Provide support and leadership to the Field Regional Service Managers (RSMs), and guide the Service Department's strategies to achieve short-term and long terms objectives + Alien the Organization and People with Country Vision & Mission + Be responsible for the customer's critical issues + Coach RSMs on field in complex scenarios + Service dispatch support for planning activities + Authorize the expense and overtime, in line with the policies in operation + Drive TTI’s growth through the analysis of the monthly performance reports The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor Degree, MBA is desirable. + Must possess a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethic + High commercial acumen and experience of being responsible for a P&L + High degree of customer focus + Good technical competence, able to translate technical requirements and technical product specifications to all + Good problem-solving & continuous improvement approach + Highly effective written and verbal communication skills + Able to coach and develop people + Knowledge of the Coding & Marking Industry is an advantage Videojet is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
