Field Service Coordinator

 

As a Drive Systems Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing advanced work on medium and low voltage drives at home and abroad. The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to, commissioning, programming, parameterization, supervision of the installation of and analysis of operating problems using the most modern diagnostic methods available in the Industry 4.0 (Augmented Reality, Remote Support, ABB Ability®, etc.). All work will be performed with the highest safety standards.

Your role and responsibilities:

Maintenance of low and medium voltage drives and traction equipmentProgramming of devices in such applications as fans, pumps and more advanced, such as cranes, conveyors, windersDiagnostics and repairs, as well as preventive maintenanceRemote support for customersCooperation in improving the quality of maintenance servicesTechnical support of Service Sales Specialists

Qualifications for the role

Higher technical education (preferred Automation, Robotics, Electronics)Work experience in a similar positionAbility to conduct conversations with the customerGood command of the English language to be able to communicate freely in an international environmentWillingness to travel frequently in the country and abroadDriving license category BGood knowledge of MS OfficeIndependence, responsibility and punctuality of the tasks performedAbility to work in a team and excellent organization of own work
