We are looking for a Resident Service Engineer that will provide services to our customers, including but not limited to DeltaV control system support, application modifications, maintenance, commissioning, startup assistance, warranty service. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide active daily on-site / in-house service and maintenance. + Perform system health checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of control system. + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to control systems. + Provide remote technical support assistance (phone). + Participate on emergency on call requests. + Plan and complete system updates, patches, and upgrades. + Coordinate repairs and regular spare parts for customers and train customers for maintenance issues. + Support DeltaV-related projects, including migrations, expansions, or new installations. + Maintain good relationship with the customer during and after completion of the services. + Provide timely information to support effective customer management. + Always adhere to Emerson ethical values and to the company’s and customer HSEQ standards, following all company procedures and guidelines Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices. **Who You Are:** You display a proactive can-do attitude in good and bad times.
