Service Engineer

Smart Infrastructure – Electrification & Automation

Responsibilities

Perform on site trouble shooting, maintenance, repairs and T&C for substation automation RTU and ensure the service and T&C is completed within target timeline Participate in the rotational standby duty roster which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issue using specialized tools and equipment Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs. Support Engineering team to prepare technical manuals/ document for submission Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic/Control and automation Engineering or related engineering disciplines At least 5+ years’ relevant experience in electrical/electronic/control and automation engineering field Solid experience in automation RTU/PLC system is highly preferable Knowledgeable on industrial communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus and IEC 61850) is preferable Strong knowledge in Control and Automation Systems and SHEQ system implementation Excellent communications skills and a team player

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Well-versed in MS Office applications and AutoCad Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Willing to develop technical competence in Substation RTU and automation Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Services Engineer
