This Position reports to:

Segment Specialist
 

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional service to ensure optimal functioning of pulp and paper industry equipment.

· Inspect new equipment, conduct repairs, and support demonstrations.

· Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and customer training.

· Offer remote assistance via telephone to resolve technical issues.

· Identify opportunities and collaborate across ABB to enhance customer solutions.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

· DEC in electronics or instrumentation with over five years in customer service.

· Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in servicing and repairing pulp and paper quality control equipment.

· Proficiency in Windows and Office Suite; valid driver's license and passport with availability for travel.

· Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
