Your main responsibilities are：

Manage site work with team members, including subcontractors, and report through the service work report. Ensure site safety conditions are met by team members and subcontractors in accordance with Wärtsilä and local regulations. Perform commissioning, overhauls, and repairs on 4-stroke general engines. Occasionally, manage and lead the assigned team and related activities during work execution. Communicate with the back office for root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting during site work. Create daily work reports and update the back office on site conditions. Communicate with customers about technical and commercial requirements during site work.
